That would be pretty cool. I think he’d have to bring Declan into something of that scope, as he is described as being limited in magical ability. Plus they may have to come to some sort of arrangement with the larger elementals for that, particularly earth & fire. I think they’d also need runes on the ground, maybe some small facilities along fault lines, linked to both Omega & the faults. Maybe a joint Omega, Demidova Corp. & UN project.
