Doesn’t it say somewhere in the books that Omega designed the hardware he was living on himself? I would assume with him being omnipresent and all that he’s constantly doing stuff in the background, i.e., upgrading his hardware, producing more creepy quantum bug robot things amongst other things that we’re just not aware of but will become apparent when it needs to.
