    I just started the Demon Accords series. Blew through book 1, but book 2 is showing as unavailable on amazon (kindle). Anyone know what’s up?

    Sorry this took so long to get to. Had an issue with Amazon suppressing the book and it took forever to get them to bring it live again. Big company that’s slow to respond.
