I’m listening to the series again for the umpteenth time and caught something I haven’t noticed before.

In God Hammer one of the interns is from Peking University and her name is Daiyu.

In Caeco the enhanced male operative says his sister is named Daiyu.

Anyone else think this is the same person?

I think you’re correct.
If you listen to her first conversation with Grace & Declan she asks questions in a like manner to Caeco and Phan (sp?).
It would also explain how China figured out Declan’s role in Omega’s creation before the US.
